Reservation Agreement

What is a reservation?

For €49,- you secure a position on our Reservation list. This gives you the right to be among the first to place a pre-order for an ANY vehicle once the first slots are announced.

This is not a vehicle reservation or order

This reservation reserves your spot in the pre-ordering queue. It does not reserve a specific vehicle and does not constitute a binding order or an offer to sell. You are under no obligation to place a pre-order, and we are under no obligation to sell or deliver a vehicle to you. Your reservation merely entitles you to early access to the pre-order process, subject to availability.

All information we share about our vehicles - including prices, specifications, design, range, performance and delivery timelines - is indicative and may still change over time.

The final pricing will depend on final modification of the vehicle and your personal configuration.
We'll share full pricing before you're invited to place a future binding pre-order.

Your EUR 49 is fully refundable

You may cancel your reservation at any time and for any reason. Upon cancellation, we will refund your € 49 in full. To cancel, simply send us an email to support@rideany.com.

If you later proceed to place an order, your €49,- payment will be credited towards the purchase price.

How does ordering work?

We will open reservations and pre-orders in limited batches. When a batch becomes available, reservation holders will be invited, in order of sign-up to place a pre-order under our then-current pre-order Terms & Conditions. If you choose not to place a pre-order, you may retain your reservation for future batches or cancel for a full refund.

Subsequent batches will open as capacity allows. Having a reservation does not guarantee inclusion in any specific batch or a particular delivery timeline.

A few important points

Your reservation is personal to you and can't be transferred or sold
We may update these terms from time to time by notifying you via email. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may cancel your Priority Reservation and receive a full refund within 14 days of such notification
We process your data in line with our Privacy Policy at rideany.com
These terms are governed by Belgian law
